Leily is with me is a war-comedy film written by Kamal Tabrizi and Reza Maghsoudi and directed by Kamal Tabrizi and produced in 1995. Leading actors of cinema such as Parviz Parastoui, Mahmoud Azizi, Shohreh Lorestani and Mehdi Faghih have played roles in this film. Parviz Parastavi, with his brilliant performance in this film, was able to win the Crystal Simorgh »Best Actor in a Leading Role« at the Fajr International Film Festival. The story of »Leily is with me« is about a young filmmaker named Sadegh Meshkini who is in need of a loan due to financial problems. One of his colleagues suggests that he can easily get the loan he needs from the radio and television if he travels to war zones and prepares a documentary about Iraqi prisoners. Despite his great fear of the front and the war, Sadegh goes to the front, but ....
